To the people of the state of New York. In the article of the federalist No. 48 the main focus was what was going on regarding to the political system in the state of New York. The problem came up because there was an examined on the three different branches of the government and the result was that the legislative, executive, and the judiciary departments were very disconnected with each other. According to the constitution, the government should be divided but the division shouldn’t affect the connectivity that they should have in order to make a final decision. In other words, the state of New York was not following the ideals of the founders of our republics because what they were doing was totally disconnected with what they have written down in order to organize the United State of America.

The Little Speech
The little speech (1639)
According to what I have read, this little speech is all about justice and how people back then were trying to hold the nation fairly together. The speech gave description of how democracy needs to work in order to have positive results in the nation. The person that was giving the speech was agreeing with the basics of the natural rights. I could see that because he was defending people’s rights and also because he mentioned it at the very end of the speech. His purpose was to give positive senses about how they should be governed and how they should be ruled. This speech was given based on fundamental orders of people’s common desires. What this means is that the people in the court back then should have been aware of their rights and how they applied to them.
